1. Washing Machine

To best clean your washing machine and sanitize you can use apple cider vinegar. Fill you machine with water normally and add ¼ cup apple cider vinegar. Turn on the longest cycle and after it is finished let the water sit for about an hour.

2. Shower

The shower and the shower head can be a very tricky place to clean. Apple cider vinegar comes to the rescue again! Take a bigger sized plastic bag and fill half of it with apple cider vinegar.

Put the shower head in it and secure the bag with a band. Let this act for about an hour and then rinse. It will be disinfected and shiny too.

3. Bathtub

This homemade remedy might seem a little strange but it does work wonders! Take one grapefruit and cut it in half, sprinkle some sea salt over it and clean you bathtub.

4. Sink

You can scrub your sink clean with lemon juice and potassium bitartrate. Apply this mixture on a bigger brush and scrub.

5. Toilet

Mix lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and baking soda at a 1:1:1 ratio and use the mixture to clean the inside of your toilet bowl. It will make it super clean and any odors will be removed.

6. Floors And Tiles

Prepare a mixture from ½ cup of baking soda and ¼ cup of hydrogen peroxide. Add to the mix one tablespoon of your dishwasher detergent and use that mixture to scrub and clean your floors.
