Having a healthy liver means good health, lots of energy, good mood and a nice appearance.
The liver is on of the most important organs that keeps our system running, getting rid of toxins that are harmful. So detoxifying and cleaning the liver is essential.
There are many methods for liver cleansing, and this one is a famous Russian method with raisins.
It is essential to choose good raisins, healthy looking, dark or brown. Quality raisins do not have gloss, they are not too hard but not too soft either.
How To Prepare It:
Do this in the morning: take ½ of a cup of raisins and dip them in hot water, keeping them in for 15 minutes, then rinse them with water. After having them washed, put them in a glass and fill the glass with room temperature water. Leave it overnight.
The next morning, on an empty stomach, drink the liquid and eat the raisins. Lie in bed for around 2 hours and apply warm compresses on the right side of the abdomen.
Repeat this procedure once a week, up to one month. Detoxifying should be conducted twice a year.
