Instead of being worried about what you and your loved ones consume, you can be careless. How? It is very simple you can make your own ice cream.

The main ingredient of this recipe is the coconut milk. The coconut milk is actually lactose-free which means that those people that are lactose intolerant may substitute the regular milk with this amazing coconut milk.

This recipe is rich in healthy fats, has fruit, coconut, it is allergy free and also easy to digest. And the most important thing is that it is delicious.

Needed Ingredients

The following measurements of the ingredients should serve for four people.

  • 2 cans of full-fat organic coconut milk
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 4 big pitted dates
  • Pinch of cinnamon

How To Prepare This Delicious Ice Cream

The first thing you need to do is to take the cans of coconut milk and put them in the refrigerator. Leave the cans in the refrigerator overnight.

Then the next day, flip over the cans and open them. At the top of the can, you will notice some liquid, you need to pour that liquid into a separate bowl.

Then scrape the coconut milk fat and put it in a blender. This is actually what you will need in order to make this tasty ice cream.

Take all the ingredients and put them into a high-speed food processor or blender. You will need to blend until the mixture obtains nice creamy and thick consistency.

After you get the mixture you want, pour it into a freezer-safe container. Put it in the refrigerator and remember every half an hour to stir it. You need to stir the mixture just to avoid for it to become too solid.

You will only need to do that from 3 to 4 times. When you are happy with the consistency of your mixture, feel free to serve it and just enjoy the amazing taste.

Note: You can also put the same mixture in an ice cream maker machine, in case you have one.
