  • Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds

Instructions

First, boil one banana flower for around seven minutes. Strain and set it aside. Then, put the coconut oil in a cast iron pan and heat it together with the red chilies, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.

Next, add the cooked banana flower and cook for another five minutes.Don’t forget to cover the pan.

    1. There are healthy food stores that sell unique (harder to find) foods. Don’t think you can find them in a regular grocery store or market.
