Chocolate Avocado Truffles
This simple dessert is easy to prepare and you will make 10 to 12 truffles.
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate
- 1 avocado
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 10-15 drops of stevia
- 1-2 tsp of cocoa powder
First, slowly melt the chocolate. In another bowl, mash the avocado. When the chocolate is ready, add the mashed avocado and mix them well until you get a fine paste. Then add the cinnamon, vanilla and stevia.
Place the mixture in the fridge for half an hour. When the mixture is cooled, and hardened, scoop 10-12 balls and roll them in the cocoa powder.
You can store some truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
